this my second time staying Copthorne Orchid, enjoy moment in balcony relax reading and coffee.. but when will precious hotel going to upgrade or new renovation ? it must be top hotel after completion ;)

poor maintenance

For the first time i stayed in copthorne, i was really enjoy. But the second time i stayed there, i feel like nothing special for this hotel. Since they are not really care about their customer. Basically, reception service is excellent. But one thing, when i entered to that room, they give me twin bed. husband. Call reception, she said, all rooms in full. Okay.. Then, she told that, maintenance will come to combine the bed later. Imagine, 4pm check in 10pm still nothing.. They didnt come. Fine enough. To maintain the customer loyalty is basically from service. Then u will have lots of loyal customer. Tq.
