Hotel air conditioning in room corridor area could be improved. The WIFI is really bad at that time probably due to upgrading. Breakfast buffet is a local delight but not so much variety.

Surprise that the manner of front desk extended the respond to guest inquiry / clarification is not on par with what i read from the review pages. Furthermore, the room rate is likely higher at the area.

It was fabulous and we had a happy stay.
Clean and comfortable room, all the staff employed at the restaurant were fantastic and efficient, friendly and efficient employees of the Hotel.

Worthwhile and value for money. Would definitely stay at De Garden Hotel Butterworth if we ever visit Butterworth in the near future.
