Please note that there will be no extra bed provided for the above room types booked although the confirmation voucher states so. This is just to facilitate booking purposes. Should guest require extra bed, it will have to be requested during check in and on guests' personal account. It is subject to availability. All room types has existing bedding for 5 adults.
Please note that all check-in procedures will be done at Desa Pelangi Condo. Since, there is no reception counter, guests arriving outside after 6:00 pm are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Guests checking in after 12:00 am will have to pay a surcharge of MYR 200. Also note that a deposit will be collected upon check in. The full amount will be refunded upon successful check out.
Please note that there is an additional charge for an extra person which is RM 20 nett per person per night.
Children and extra beds:Guests over 3 years old are considered as adults. Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room policy for more details.
