Great Hotel with Great Service

I stay in this hotel during chinese new year, many events which keep you entertaining all the times. Spacious lobby with nice & modern decor. The room is clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly. Queensbay Mall just next to the hotel, walking distance to the mall which give you great shopping pleasure. If you are driving to the hotel, many signboard nearby the hotel which guide you to the destination easily.

I get to finally have a stroll at the Queensbay and around the places where the mall is nearby and the beach too. Opposite an island where can go hiking by taking a boat there. Location of hotel is easy to find and transportation isn't hard to get from here to George Town (main city centre of Penang). Must stay place. But the buffet restaurant isn't my expectation as it isn't cozy enough to be one.
Nightlife Tip:
Nearby at Queensbay mall you can go for coffee drinks or beers at pub around the place.

nice clean hotel that situate in a quite part of penang. the rooms are however comparable to a budget hotel. hotel car park is tight and narrow.

our stay in eastin was very pleasant. the room is clean & service is above average. its value for money. being next to queensbay mall was a plus point & it allows you to do some shopping. the surrounding shops & restaurant allows you to enjoy some local food too like roti chanai, tosai, char kuey teow & other local hawker penang food.

Was dissapointed as the hotel did not or could not provide us a double bed. They offered to join the single beds but they did not comply.
Travel tip:
Near to the beach promenade and its better than Gurney Drive.

this hotel is real "neat" and compact. i could execute my tasks and complete my business schedule. in the evening, take a short stroll out and enjoy great food and shopping. i enjoy my stay in eastin.

Strategic location & service with a smile
Walking distance to restaurant and Queenbay Mall and easy excess to Penang bridge

it's take some time for me and my family to check in about 2:30pm on the 2nd day of cny.
cooling atmosphere and friendly environment and porter are quite efficient to arrange our luggange and sent to our room. room service were acted promptly as we asked for extra towels and brackets.
room was cleaned and filled with basic necessities and floor space for deluxe is acceptable for 2 adults and 2 kids below 12.
anyhow, we enjoyed our stay at eastin penang because it is quite a strategic location, such as walking distance to restaurant and nearny queensbay mall and my relatives only taken 15 minutes to came over.we also took less than 30 minutes drove back to penang bridge and headed back to kuala lumpur.

It was a great stay, the room was spacious with free internet, just a minor problem abt the toilet flush. Other than that, everything is good. Just a walking distance to Queensbay Shopping Mall.
