Strategic location & service with a smile
Walking distance to restaurant and Queenbay Mall and easy excess to Penang bridge

it's take some time for me and my family to check in about 2:30pm on the 2nd day of cny.
cooling atmosphere and friendly environment and porter are quite efficient to arrange our luggange and sent to our room. room service were acted promptly as we asked for extra towels and brackets.
room was cleaned and filled with basic necessities and floor space for deluxe is acceptable for 2 adults and 2 kids below 12.
anyhow, we enjoyed our stay at eastin penang because it is quite a strategic location, such as walking distance to restaurant and nearny queensbay mall and my relatives only taken 15 minutes to came over.we also took less than 30 minutes drove back to penang bridge and headed back to kuala lumpur.

It was a great stay, the room was spacious with free internet, just a minor problem abt the toilet flush. Other than that, everything is good. Just a walking distance to Queensbay Shopping Mall.

Warm receptionists with 5-star hotel staff

The room was not too spacious but comfortable enough. The pillows were awesome. I swear I slept like a baby and was thinking about getting one of them. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Bravo to the recruitment/HR department as well.

Walking distance to Queensbay Mall and Kapitan Nasi Kandar which is famous for its Nasi Briyani
