the hotel is located near the queensbay shopping mall and it is also near the penang international airport. within 15 minutes i can reach airport without facing traffic jam. the hotel also surrounded by the shop of recreational such as thai reflexolyg centre, beauty centre, gymnasium and etc. the room is so comfort and the food was so delicious when i was dining in at the restaurant. there were a live band at nite at the lounge and they have a good singer.

We stay in this hotel because i know it from last stayed in Penang lat year. It's beautiful hotel and near from Queens bay beach. It's also near from Queens bay mall where we go to shopping and my kids play.
Shopping Tip:
We wentto Queens bay Mall to shopping. We found there everything we want for example: clothes, jewellery , restaurants...elc

Convenient Location and near Bayan Lepas Industrial area and near to Penang bridge which easily to Prai. Queensbay Mall its just beside the Hotel with walking distance of 3-5min. easily to buy meal and shopping. only thing is price its abit expensive.

overall was superb especially the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
love the hotel environment and the room was totally taken care off. modern and very simple. the gym facilities are new and the swimming pool are very clean. parking was very convenience.
very near to queensbay mall (less than 5 min walking distance)where you can go for shopping, dining or entertainment.
would strongly recommend this hotel to others!
