This is one hotel in Penang which trully gives you value for money. The discount for seniour citizens like us and free wifi was added bonus. The nearby shopping mall which is within walking distance is great for food and clothes varieties.
For those who like local food there is a nearby restaurant which serves good local delicacies

Decent hotel but poor service

This hotel is fairly new but the customer service is poor and disappointing from the time of check in and to the time to check out. The front desk staff were downright unfriendly. The room is new and comfortable although small. Swimming pool is tiny but the gym is good. Narrow and limited carpark bays. A good hotel for a decent nights sleep but don't expect anything more.

Great Location which located beside the Queensbay Mall, as we can walk around 2 minutes to reach the shopping mall. Beside that, a lots of nice restaurant, shop lot, like Hair Salon can be easily found here.

The room is small but clean and comfortable. Nonetheless, I enjoyed myself very much as the hotel is situated next to the Queensbay Mall, one of the biggest and latest shopping complexes in Penang. As food is concerned, there are plenty of food stalls inside and outside of the mall. We actually had had quite a 'hard time' to decide on th menu for lunch as there were a number of alternatives to choose from. In short, the hotel's location is very strategic that we did not drive our car at all.

We stayed one night to do some Christmas shopping and to test run how our 3 month old went in a hotel. This a very nice hotel but more geared to business travellers than families.

I chose this hotel because it's located near the airport and there's a mall located 5mins walkfrom the hotel. Check in was a breeze. So far the hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful. Lots of nice n delicious hawker foods . I will definitely be coming back to stay in this hotel if I ever visit penang again.
