All in all, it is a nice hotel, both family and business friendly. The location is perfect if you're lazy to drive down for a quick bite. Queensbay Mall and it's surrounding shops comprises of all type of restaurants from Friday's to Nasi Kandar in the mamak shop.
The rooms are however quite compact which makes it only ideal for couple with toddler.
The free service shuttle to Feringghi is definitely an added value to all guests!
Restaurant Tip:
The Kapitan restaurant down the road is the best place to have nan if you're a nan lover. Try the chicken cheese (white chicken) with nan. A must!

Overrated, under performed and flat lined service.
Nothing, even the distance to Causeway Bay is neither too far or too near and is unsheltered.

Totally horrible experience, or maybe my expectations was too high.
First off, the hotel car park ramps are only fit for Myvii's. Any bigger you may need to get insurance on your body work.
Secondly, the front desk looked like they were school kids trying to look matured. The guy that was serving me, was not properly shaven. You could tell that he was desperately trying to grow a moustache or a beard and they were all growing unevenly. Horrible first impression.
Thirdly, after my horrid experience at the car park, I had decided to jockey park and pay extra. The jockey was never to be found, and after I parked, the security ask me to repark.
After that I just lost all expectation of a great stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't stay there if you are going in a big car. i.e. anything larger than a Myvii.

Very basic and small for room with that rate. Pool is small too. Can hear sound pretty easily from d adjoining room. Not suitable for family.

It is very nice hotel and very near with queensbay mall and beach. For family trip it is very suitable for relaxing and shopping. In the morning we can do jogging with fresh air.
