Deluxe room and bed is spacious.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Plasant hotel stay for short trip.
Restaurant Tip:
A roll of restuarant with 'quite' good food around the hotel vicinity.

Hotel is good but only one things I not agree about that the hotel staff charge to my Credit Card without inform me when I check out......since I had ask them whether have any charges for my 2 room or not and the staff told me nothing to be charges .
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hope the staff will check everything b4 the customer travel home.

hotel is located about 800 meters from gurney plaza, not a very long walk. the hotel has a small gym, though there were old machines, generally, it was alright. it has jacuzzi, steam and dry sauna. the receptionists were friendly and efficient. the restaurant served reasonably nice food. the location is good and going around by taxi was alright. you can take public bus behind the hotel which is about 150 metres away. bus is cheap and frequent. in fact taxi is available only at certin places, eg hotel, shopping malls etc. nowadays, taxi does not o by metres, it goes by a fixed price which is expensive than more of the Asian cities.

We have enjoyed our stay but noted that the hotel rate is just slightly higher than the rate we paid through Agoda. Just curious about the actual hotel rate as stated in Agoda website before discount. Is it the actual hotel rate? Didn't notice such high rate in Evergreen Laurel Hotel when I stayed there, that's all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Evergreen Laurel Hotel is very near to Gurney Drive where you can find hawker stalls with lots of local food to eat during the evening. Also, it's not far from Tanjung Bungah and Batu Ferringhi where you can enjoy a swim or a walk along the beach.

good service with smile. every single things are explained with good words. i will recommend this hotel to all my customer who want to come to malaysia from their country for honey moon or business or release their tension or for shopping or only for traveling. but i have very bad news when my customer added one more night direct from reception, this hotel give him only per night and also the staff give him contract rates from travel agency. so, that mean walk in rate more cheaper then travel agency rate. this thing is made my customer though i am cheating him because from agoda rate is per night.
because of this unprofessional explanation, my customer didn't pay me..!

Just 10 minuets walking to gurney plaza

The location is quite convenient and as we rent a car for travel, it's pretty accessible.
The rooms are comfortable and the sea view is pretty good. Yet as we request one extra bed, the room seems only accomodate for two single beds instead of allowing us to have one more though finally the hotel can adjust the furniture to allow placing one extra bed.
There is complimentary water and apple, nice to have it. And the hotel is near night market. Good for eating.

My comments is same like before. This hotel everything's is good and very nice. But when management put the wrong person to handle guest, everything will come not nice. So many hotels in Malaysia, their rates sometimes will kill people and agency. Especially when guest like to compare the price. This happen is only in Malaysia.
