Good location and good deal!

I certainly recommend this hotel for short stay - though it is not near sandy beach, it is next fantastic seafood restaurants.
Of course, you will like it better if you do get a good deal from Agoda!
Restaurant Tip:
Go Bali Hai and order whatever you like to eat. Very good food and not so pricy. Steamed Fish is great; oyster is big and fresh @ Rm8 a piece.

Nice hotel for the price, It's short of a 5 star standard though. Location is fantastic, food right at the doorstep & 10 mins walk to the Mall. Right by the sea but there's no beach around.

needed some upgrades in the room. sink was clogged but maintenance staff was quick to fix the problem. telephone didn't work because the bathroom phone had to be hooked in a specific position so other phones can be used.

Good hotel for young family like me, there is a kiddies play ground which my clild like it very much. Near to local hawker centre. The people always with smiling face, and have great manner to guest.
The hotel room light can be lighther, faced difficulties for reading. And please add in children Cartoon channel for TV.

This is one of my favarate hotel. Until now, it never let me down.
With the strategic location, it provides good service, with nice sea view.

It is located along Gurney Drive, the food heaven. Food and drinks are easily accessible. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are well-maintained.

Great location, nice hotel but not a 5 star hotel
Close to Gurney Plaza and restaurants, nice walk in the esplanade

The Staff were very friendly but not efficient. Service is very poor in the pool area. It is good value for money. The women's recreation area has a very bad sewerage smell. The hotel is well located. Lots of places to eat surrounding the area. Close to Straits Quary, Georgetown and other places of interest.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We had a view of the sea and the room was clean. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work though. The staff were very friendly but service is poor especially in the recreational areas. Our overall stay was great. Though it was rated as five star I would say it is only a 3.5 star hotel. Smoking is permitted in the foyer and other public area which is a bit disappointing for non-smokers like us.
