The stay was enjoyable. My only "complaint" was that they combined two single sized mattresses to make a super king sized bed.

Pleasant and within expectations with clean big comfortable room. Counter staff was pleasant and cooperative. Have stayed at this hotel on my previous trips with family. Service and standards have been consistent. Will opt for this hotel again for future trips to Penang island.
