nice hotel but not service
the deluxe room is very big

was thr for 2 nites the location and view of the room was gd we requested for a king size bed but when we arrive by 4pm the room still not ready yetand end up with 2 single bed , when we request for a babycoat it take long time sent to our room staff at the cafe during breakfast is not polite at all .

Great stay with big room
Twin bed room is huge. Great pool for children to play.

I stay with my sister and 2 nephew age 5 & 8 years old. Children really love the pool. Meals are ok.

the room we stayed in was clean and modern with a great water view. we found all the facilities to be good and the restaurants affordable and of good quality. exellent pool. location is away from the main tourist strip which is great for couples but in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
visit the national park, it's worth a look

This place was possibly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. To arrive into Penang and to stay in this hotel was a complete let down. Thankfully we had only booked this place for one night...but even then,the room was really grubby, the bed was simply a lino mattress with a sheet on top and a dirty old blanket ( no mattress protector). The shower was a low lying shower head (think only going ...home now)
