Hotel staff not friendly at all.Sour stupid face.Check in time is a long que.Got 2 staff but only open 1 lane.Coz 1 more staff dont know what she doind there.3 guest from infront of me is a Iranian tourist.Who cant decide which room he want to take n still discussing the price.U just ignore me as a pregnant women.n still attend That walkin Iranian Tourist who still cant decide.Then after 20 minutes discussion they move aside.The staff attend a malaysian chinese couple infront of me.Then when it was my turn to check in.The stupid staff ask me to wait and attend the Iranian again...Hello i have a booking.He is only a walkin guest who still cant decide.No sorry or thank you from this Flamingo hotel staff n u are call 4 star hotel..In your dreams.So double standard.Then when come to breakfast it was so bad.U serve malaysian dish for breakfast.Do your chef know how to cook.The food was so bad.Dont know whats wrong with your hotel.Staff at the cafe only greets morning to foreigners.Please send back all your staff to customer servive course.The room sink if stuck same goes to toilet pump.So slow.Call ur housekeeping taking forever to come.I call again housekeeping asking for iron n iron board.Ask me to go n iron my clothes at 7th or 14th floor.Then again u wanna call ur hotel 4 star..so bad i wont come to this hotel again.

Rude receptionist
Upon arrival at the check in desk, I told the receptionist that I booked through agoda. She then asked me to show her my ID/PASSPORT in a rude tone and I gave it to her. She then immediately asked me to submit RM 100 for deposit and again in a rude manner. I gave her the deposit and another group of arabic customer arrived and seek help to make a phone call. She just rejected blandly and told them : You have to use your own phone to call. It was very obvious that the Arabic guys has no local network to make the call. Note to flamingo hotel : This is not the way !

Pool closed at 7pm is too early. Suggest to extend to 7.30pm. Good location and cleanliness.

Overated hotel which needs to be refurbished
Spacious bedroom
I booked a 3 bedroom suite, all the bedrooms were very spacious but very rundown.
