Great for family vacation by the beach

Great for family vacation by the beach. We went with young kid. The facility suit us. We brought our girl go to beach for sand pit in the evening. It even have a small playground with swings and slide. It also have swimming pool and baby pool which is shaded by the building. So, we could enjoy swimming at pool till late morning. The location is good, can reach Gurney within 10 minutes by car.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We are vegetarian. Very pleased to found that some vegetarian dishes in the breakfast buffet.

the lobby and lift is abit old.... but overalls all the place are so clean.... is recommanded if you want a beach to relax with average price... they is water sport on the beach...

i like this hotel so much , because it is a very enjoy placed . i booked the seaview room.the room is big and cheaper . i celebrate my boyfriend birthday at there , it given us a nice memory and also the breakfast is nice .if have chance i will choose this hotel again

Room service ok but 2 out of 4 night forgot bath mat and hand towels, also forgot to lock the room door. staff freindly but communication to english poor and have to ask duty manager questions. no one new about the free shuttle bus for tourist that runs past there front door.

The hotel is pretty far out but the sea view makes up for the inconvenience. Looks old but clean and tidy.
Restaurant Tip:
Go for hawker food when you are in Penang. Plenty of good food nearby

Flamingo Hotel has a halal buffet breakfast is close to the water sports available on the adjacent beach. Has an abundance of Mosques that provide a dawn chorus that sounds like A cat with a belly ache. not really child friendly and is better for reclusive couple

The room is big, clean and beautiful. Services are great. Delicious food and really nice view of the beach.
