Needs refurbishment
Food, staff, location
I was surprised to find that the bed's headboard were torn/spoiled. I would assume the hotel will fix it before allowing any guest to check-in the room. I did my booking through and the room that I picked on the website is not the same as the one I got. I find that very upsetting. However, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great time with the family
The Staff, The Pool & The Location
We had a fun but tiring drive up from Singapore. The ease of getting our rooms and the friendly staff made the check-in process a breeze. What I think needs a revamp is the cramped lobby where the counters and service staff maintaining the counters were not afforded much space. Other than that, keep up the excellent service and hope to be back soon. Sincerely, Zul

Relax day in Golden Sands Resort
Activities by the beach, the location, the environment
My childrens are enjoy for the trip and the buffet dinner at Spice Market Cafe are satisfied us.

1. Customer service is excellent... That's what many hotels are lacking lately. Very good house keeping .. Nice and clean outdoor environment
