Great location but toilet is aged

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Reasonably good pool and beachfront. Nice buffet breakfast. The bath tub is rundown, what a pity for such a nice hotel. The hillview, actually also roadside view, can be quite noisy from traffic. There is a great kid club for your children; free you for the day!
Travel tip:
Take a free shuttle to downtown for a day of walking tour. Lots of local food and shopping, historic site etc

it was a busy time during our stay and even so, the staffs didn't have tough time entertaining us. they were really nice to all customers. we booked for a room with the seaview, and it was a pretty satisfying room. small, and still everything's there. food at the resort's restaurant's fine. plenty of choices and staffs were really helpful. the water sports management was also very nice to us. i am happily recommending them. overall, our short stay was fun and lovely. thanks to all the well trained and friendly staffs.

I spent my kids school holiday in golden sand resort hotel for 4 nights.we had 2 connected rooms which was room 435 and room 437.We had 2 queen beds with the street view, actually we were expected to get the beach view instead.but the kids were tired already and we didn't want to wait any longer to change to another rooms as they said the rooms were all fully house. The rooms were clean and cossy but the toilleteries were not very complete.there was no detergent ,sun cream and body lotion but the housekeepers were nice and friendly.i like the facility of the hotel esprcially kids.they like the adventure zone and the swimming pool.hopefully, we could spend holidays in there again.

lovely hotel and service with a smile

my family and i. found our stay very enjoyable, my kids thought the watching the cinema in the pool on the saturday night was just fantastic, my wife and and i enjoyed the pizza from the zigis on the sat night, and the breakfast on the sun morning was absolutely superp, the staff were just fantastic and cleaning up tables , and waiting your tea and coffee , this is nice to see.will always go back,
the most important thing in a hotel for my wife is the bathroom has hot hot water, and it does .

not worth with wat i had paid for...because the room is quite small for family stay and the toilet was flood after the shower...this is very uncomfortable

We loved it and will return
The location was excellent. The staff are so helpful at all times. Nothing is too much trouble.

i have stayed here a few times over the past few years. we had a superior room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. the only thing i could think of to improve would be the approach in managing the hotel guests that like to overbooked the tables/seats at the poolside by putting the pool towels early in the morning at that place but they are not physically using it until late morning/afternoon. the current practice hinder the other hotel guests who are physically there at times to enjoy the pool but unable to get a table/seats as most of the tables/seats are covered with pool towels to indicate the place has been booked by someone.

Lovely hotel but small rooms

We arrived at 5.40pm but to our surprise rooms were not ready and two rooms were arranged far from one another. Manager explained it was due to the peak season. However upon my request, the hotel managed to re-arrange the rooms.It was a pleasant stay apart from the surprise.
