When we arrived at this hotel there was a couple of minutes where they couldn't find my reservation. But with the hotel voucher, the situation was sorted out quick. The view was excellent from my room and was clean & tidy. Did have to leave early so couldn't have a swim in the pool, which was disappointing. The hotel is easy to spot in the distance. Staff helpful with any of my questions. I would definitely use this hotel again.
Close to Prangi mall where I like to shop. Has a nice pool & a great view of the city.
Pool not open early enough. Not my type of breakfast.

The pool on the top floor is stark but pleasant.
- Travel tip : Don't spoil your Penang visit by staying here - life is too short.

I was requested to produce my credit card for a deposit before I can get the room key given that I have present the hotel voucher which stated that no payment is needed for the room.

If they could provide some better breakfast, it could be the best hotel in Penang. Considering the price, it is worth the value.
- Shopping Tip : Near to the major Penang shopping mall (Komtar), about 5 mins walk. And the major night life which was about 15 mins walk.
