Good hotel with great location

Stayed for only 1 night with my wife and 2 young kids. The 2 double beds were actually more of a super single size, whereas we were expecting 2 queen sized beds, but it was big enough for the 4 of us. 4 plus sized adults would probably not be able to sleep comfortably in this room meant for 4 people.
Location is good, with the night markets of Batu Feringghi just outside of the hotel entrance.
Pool is not so big, but enough to swim around and there is a small kids pool as well.
Beach was okay, but there are many illegal operators offering parasailing and jet ski rides, which annoyed us as there does not seem to be any real organized or safe way that they are conducting these activities. Safety is a concern as the jet skis are bring ridden very close to those who are dipping by the side of the sea. We were asked to leave the beach and get out of the water by one of the operators as they wanted to land their parasail on the stretch in front of the hotel, which irked us to the extent that we left the beach entirely.

this is a right place for taking a family holiday, the child will love to play at the seaside and pools,and there is many big restaurant aroung the hotel serving seafood, steaks and many others type of foods. adjacent to nightmarket. beautiful surrounding landscapes, at one side you will see the hill, and at the otherside you will meet the seashore, extreme view you are seldom to find. about 30-45 min to reach downtown (gurney drive or georgetown) with taxi which provide many various of delicious foods of penang
Travel tip:
Bus fare from airport is quite cheap, 4RM/person but you will have to wait for 45 min for each bus. Axi fare is 69 RM from airport but you could take a van from hotel for 160RM if you have lots of family members accompanied.

Lovely hotel for family holiday. The bed is comfortable, the room in big enough, and the hotel facilities support the kids activities. Pool is located near the seaside. Very recommended for family holiday

Very nice interior (room) but crowded pool
We were surprised to find that the room was much bigger than they were used to and the uplift was excellent.

We checked in quite late coz we got stuck in the holiday crawl and the rooms that we requested were not available but the front counter staff was kindly enough to accomodate and made some arrangment. Not only that we got our connecting rooms, we also had a bigger room. The only downside is the pool as the size is so small and since the hotel is fully occupied, u can just imagine the scene. But we will definitely come again subject to at the right price.

Nice room but long check in procedure

Stayed here the second time and had to face the long check in procedure, almost half an hour before I get my room key. Thought sea view was the one facing the beach but it was not. Found out that beach wing was what it was referred as.
