we are very enjoyed staying in this hotel..although there was some problem with the bathroom where the ceiling was leaked water from above floor, overall it's a very nice hotel, especially when we stay in the beach wing side room

it was a great family trip. the hotel provide us with a king size bed which fix fours of us, i, my wife, sam and josh..the room looks new and clean..both kids love the pool so much..especially josh..the 0.5m pool just suit his height..well maintained beach and service with smile make the trip even better..

Everything was prefect. Hotel room was spacious and new. The pool was great and the beach was just right in front of the hotel. But the only thing that need some improvements are the parking area for the hotels guest as there are very limited.

Great location but have to cross the road to beach

My stay at the hillview tower was good but it would be nicer to have a breakfast package to go with it. Crossing the road to go to the beach with children was not so safe, using the bridge was tiring. Next time i would prefer the beach side tower as it is easily accessible to the beach. The activities on the beach was plenty but expensive. The hotel should give free wi-fi to all rooms.
Travel tip:
Staying here is very convenient for those who like to shop for bargains at the night market/bazaar. There are many restaurants along the road with different type of food like middle eastern, Italian, Chinese, Indian and local.

i have a hilltop view for 3 nights, well i believe it is new building and everything is clean, nice and new. very good and lovely.
but the car park is my worst nightmare, even hotel guest does not have a place to park, a lot of public car parking inside the hotel compound. wonder is this what a hotel wants? this is extremely disappointed.
i am also disappointed with some of the staff, they seem to treat foreigner than local, they way they express the face emotion seems like you are not welcome.
Shopping Tip:
you can just walk along the street in front of the hotel and you can purchase anything in the night market

nice hotel situated in batu ferringhi. took the standard room but that's good enough, don't need the superior room. the superior room is just nearer to the swimming pool, but with a beach in front and so many beach activities, don't see the need to use the pool.
also have a club nearby, mansion69, which is a great place to hang out or party.
