Well situated, very good price/quality, good service, fast and well working internet connections.

I stayed around a week for business purposes, I found hotel very cozy and easy place to work in. Staff was very helpfull in all my needs. I don't usually lunch/dine much in hotel restaurants but tried their restaurant couple of times and found their food good and also reasonably priced. Internet connections were working also very well all my stay.

Restaurant Tip : There are lots of restaurants very near. Recommended New World Park Hawker Centre.

I enjoyed the night at the Royal Penang. the room is clean and furnished in modern way. The hotle is only about 5mn by taxi to the Gourney Drive food court. You do not have to go any else to find good food, Gourney Drive is the best place to have food. The hotel is alos a few minutes to bus station.

We stay here only one night, but we are really impressed with the good service-mind of all staffs here. For the hotel overall, it is quite good compare to its price (Valued money). The room is very clen and comfortable, however, its location is a bit far from the center. We will back to stay here again once we back to visit Penang next time.
