the condition of the room but specialy the bathroom need to be refurbished.it is high times for the management to upgrade the facility in the roon specially the tv which i think need to change to flat tv. i also having dificulty to get car under the basement car park. it is very inconvenient to park the car at the gaint supermarket's carpark and with extra cost. bathroom.

pretty good location lots of local stores around the area and a mall attached to the hotel (but is a local mall). things are relatively older looking and things does not seem to be that clean

the hotel is not bad but for the customer service has to be improve. the receptionist has to improve their service. i spoke to some of the staff and they do not let me feel impress they just answer one question and that it. however, there is a male staff named kim an. his customer service is excellent. i ask him for any recommendation, he quickly pass me a map and help to plan everything telling me the pros and cons and guide me how to go. he basically show me what should i do for the whole day. well done kim an
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel is just beside penang plaza which has nothing other then a Giant. Along the street u will see a city aquarium and opp has a store selling tarts and curry chicken. Must try it as it taste really nice. Walk further down will see KOMTAR where it like a bus station with all the buses there. Wanted to try penang laska, must go to gek lok si there is a famous laska store there

Old hotel but not too bad

The hotel looks old but everything was ok for us. Located exactly in front of kfc which opens till 11 pm or midnight. So you don't have to worry if you are hungry at night and not having any transport.

Quality of service and condition of rooms has gone down. You can't lock bathroom door and aircon is out of control. too cold all the time. Maintenance people not responsive. You have to ask for the free Sun newspaper otherwise they won't give. This hotel is more like a 2nd choice if you can't find anything else. It's decent but without good service.

The executive room where we stayed are of good size.
Appreciate very much the hotel shuttle to Gurney Drive and shopping plaza.
Hotel is located close to restaurants and easy access to city amenities. Supermarket and pharmacy is in next building - very convenient.
