Need more sun loungers round the pool This was a late booking for us but the staff were very welcoming, The hotel was very clean as was our room which had a lovely balcony, There seemed to be a resident expat crowd who had first claim to the loungers by the pool, but the staff did their best to find extra ones and umbrellas, The buffet evening meals were excellent.

The lobby is not airy...it's hot in there.All Almost all right. Things is ok in the room. Need to drive if want to go out. Far from the town. Room very clean and tidy. Only the bath towel is old. There is only few staff in the reception,so make us have to wait long to check in. And I need to wait more then 5 hour to get my room,cos of peak season....is what the staff telling me.

Room is very hot, air-cond like no function. The reception counter for check in and out are lousy and slow, have to wait more than half and hour for check in and out. The hotel should improve their check in and out process, especially during the peak season.
Restaurant Tip : There is one Chinese Restaurant which is nearby the Rasa Sayang hotel and opposite the food court is really good and cheap.
