Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Hotel location good not becouse it's close to the city centers but becouse it is easy to get a bus since the Bus stop is in front of the hotel entrance ,Friendly staff ,but they need to work on breakfast menu it should be more continental rather than chines
Internet for free only at the Lobby???!!!!

Good Service and Friendly Staff

before we arrived at the hotel, i wrote an email to confirm a few request and the hotel impressed me by responding the email so fast. i arrived at the hotel late, with my other 3 sisters. we were asking the staff who assisted us to bring luggages to our room about how to get to the night market around that area, he suggested we took the free shuttle bus in the next 2 hours, he also suggested we could take bus in the morning to go to george town. we were very impressed with the staff courtesy. the room is big we got free upgrade to deluxe room. overall, it is value for money for travellers like us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
My family and I rented the airport cab that we took upon arrival for the following 2 days trip to various places. I feel it is nice and enabled us to go as many places we wanted, and tried many dishes of Penang local dishes which was yummy.

had a really good stay at hydro hotel with my folks and i enjoyed my time spent there. the staff were friendly and the room was well appointed and clean. the bathroom was slightly dirty though but nothing major so no worries. would have benefited if there was wifi access in the rooms and the wifi access at the lobby was rather spotty to be honest. but all in all, definitely a hotel that i'd want to come back to in the near future!
Hotel Feature Tip:
the chairs at the lobby just in front of the reception are the best places to connect to wifi, apart from the business centre that is. definitely give the room service menu a try, some really nice items there!

the hotel room is big and the toilet is clean. the staff here is nice. do not expect any lcd tv in your room. room still equip with old tv set. not many choice for the tv programme especially limited in astro programme.
the swimming pool is not big.

This hotel is well located and has everything you could wish for.
Big rooms, attentive staff and great food.
With shuttle buses into the night market you couldn't ask for anything better.
Once you're done exploring the night market, you'll have a peaceful retreat waiting for you back at the hotel.
You'll have a choice of pool or beach just across the road connected by a bridge from the hotel's pool area. No need to worry about crossing a busy street.
A great choice overall. Highly recomended.
