For the price, I think it was a great deal, the rooms were big and clean, the balcony was a added value and the area was quite and peaceful. Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you not looking for anything too extravagant.

my family enjoyed the trip and stay especially the young one (5yrs old) maybe also due to the timing which means lots of kids to play with over there. Didn't really have time to enjoy all the facilities but was good enough.
Don't have high hopes (this is not a 5star hotel) and you will be rewarded with a capable and pleasant stay

Old but clean, small but with lovely people
I love the staff serve at Palm

the room not really that big but with big balcony.
Unfortunately cannot see the sun set from the hotel balcony.
The barbeque is worth eating with the lobsters...:)The staff at the Palm are so friendly although the restaurant was so crowded on sunday morning... good.
But a bit too far if plan to have food out side the hotel.

The Deluxe room is so spacious with balcony. The toilet is with bathtub but small. The location is good. Although it does not face the beach but there is a bridge for you to cross to go to the Miami Beach. Breakfast is quite good. Parking are quite limited.. Overall.. Good.. Will definitely go again..

Manage to secure a great deal for the room and was upgraded to executive deluxe when arrive. Greeted by a friendly staff and the breakfast offer a wide variety of choice.

it was a good stay. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable. Good stay with great breakfast served daily. Easy access to the beach.
its not at the main area of Batu Feringgi hence it is less busy and quite compare to the main area. Batu Feringgi is just a 5 minutes drive.
Staffs was not so friendly as it hard to get a warm smile from any of them.
