Dissapointed
Clean and nice. Reception was good.

Shocked to find no towels in all the 3 rooms we booked as we needed to get ready for a wedding reception. Was greatly inconvenienced by the lack of towels. Room service claimed they ran out of clean towels. 2 of the rooms also had problems with the shower tap, wasn't working well.

wifi was down the rooms, was greatly inconvenienced,as we had to make our way to lobby to get wifi connection. had been to the hotel before thus recommended to family members, but was embarassed to find some facilities below expectation.

Location, room and service was good...
i like seaview, sitting in balcony with family and enjoying the sea view... so realxing

this location was chosen because of our family's holiday periods are somewhat limited because i had to work the next day at butterwoth. we are very satisfied with the hydro hotel for their wonderful memories during your stay and selection feringhi stone as the location of accommodation is also very timely because within 24 hours of a variety of things we can do, including riding the train at penang hill, ate at gurney drive and etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
- near shamrock beach, tg bungah, gurney drive (u can enjoy the local food there)

Big Room with wide balcony

The hotel staff are friendly, big room with wide balcony however the room's facilities such as furniture & TV were very old. The bath towel is extremely old & thin will suggest to change all to new one.
Can't see the clear beach view from executive deluxe room as the hotel is opposite from the beach side.

Great location and comfortable room
Our rooms were facing the beach, which is very nice view

We were a bit disappointed that the rooms were not ready for us at 3pm, until 3.30pm also no rooms for us. After we have make a complain then a senior staff change another rooms for us.
But one of our rooms there were no towels, requested only after a few hours then only my friends they have their towels.
Staff at the reception hardly smile, but the staff at the Paradise Cafe were very nice and service with a smile, very good.
We choose this hotel because is a good location and have a nicer beach. This is our 3rd time of staying in this hotel but last time was named differently.

Wonderful and great environment hotel

At hydro hotel it is a nice relaxing n peaceful stay, environment is great covering by trees n naturals.Unfortunaly when I am checking in the prosesing is slow abit.By the way, the rooms rate is very interesting it afforded by everyone. Finally, thanks to hydro hotel for giving me a nice place to stay, in future I will also choose hydro hotel as my first condition to enjoy my travel. Thanks

air conditioning in one of the rooms was faulty, which resulted in a rather 'hot' room during the day. I found it quite wierd that a hotel would actually charge for a dental kit, first time I've experienced such a thing. Parking was limited and was quite cramp.
