This hotel is very bad customer service, take long time to maintain my sliding window, never follow up the room before giving to the next rental ,restroom not clean , safe deposit was locked and didn't repair the broken door.

2 NIGHT I STAY,VERY LARGE BED ,COMFORT ROOM.SHARING ROOM WITH MY FAMILY,GOT A PERSONAL BALCONY,SITTING THERE LOOK SEAVIEW WITH MY CHILDREN AND FAMILY,THIS IS A LIFE STYLE AND SO SWEET WHEN LIVING THERE.WE MAKE COFEE AND TEA DRINK AT BALCONY AND SOME PEOPLE AT LIVING ROOM.WE VERY GREAT WANT RECOMMEND IS HOUSEKEEPING VERY FAST CLEAN ROOM WHEN WE GO TO BREAKFAST AT RESTAURANT HOTEL AT THE EARLY MORNING.

Grand, spacious simple TESCOS!

Our stay was great the bed was huge although it had an unlevel bit in it. The room could have been cleaner, there was dust on top of the lamp which was placed and you knocked it regularly. The balcony was great even on the side with a good view however the air con unit took over it and filled it with hot air. THe big let down was the SWIMMING POOL - it was very poorly maintained. You couldnt see the bottom, even in the shallow end. A massive tesco's is in easy walking distance with lots of other little shops inside. Othr than that nothing but a good food court.
