Hotel room was clean and big enough for us. We had an awesome sea view from the room and the hotel is very near to the beach. 10 minutes distance to Gurney drive which you can find shopping center (Gurney Plaza) and foods. There is a hawker center within 2 minutes walking distance where you can find varieties of food. Overall we are very satisfy with the hotel and will definitely come back for another stay.

only a small hotel but with a great location just a few step to the beach and the price is cheap. the hotel condition also ok and i can see the beach from the balcony. the breakfast just nice, dont expect more with the price u pay for the hotel. u can hear the beach sound at nite. we are not too particular on hotel because we spent a lot of time for outing. this hotel not far from the attractive and historical place to visit. u can find a lot of local food at gurney drive like char kuey tiaw, pasembor, nasik lemak,and etc. we also can recommend penang as an attractive place for food hunter. nyum2...
Restaurant Tip:
a lot of chinese food stall in front the hotel. for halal food u can go to gurney drive, padang kota (very nice mee goreng), nasi kandar line clear and many more thats make you feel so tempting.

Naza Talyya Seaview Beach Hotel has a good Located. It takes only minutes to go to Tanjung Beach. This is a nice beach and suitable for everyone who like sunshine. Moreover, it takes only ten minutes to go to Georgetown. You can find good shopping mall and restaurant close to the hotel.You I was satisfied with the facilities of the room,namely, mini bar, air condition. The breakfast includes of international and local Malay food.
