i have booked an apartment with two room and living room, the air condition in the bedrooms were very bad while in the living rooms were good, after a complain they send a technician to check the technician told me to change the room. break fast is not good.

The hotel itself is by the beach in tanjung bungah but if I were to choose again I would find a place near batu ferringhi where the beach area seems nicer! Overall still a cozy place but really don't expect much!

We stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel receptionist very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel need improve, not enough food for the guest.

Room we stayed in did not really face the ocean unless we go out to the balcony. Staff are quite helpful but different staff give different information (pricing)regarding my enquiries about suites which I intend to book in the near future when we bring our family. Overall, we enjoyed staying here even though it was for a night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Near to shopping centres and access to foodcourt just in front of the hotel.

Hotel is nearer to town & shopping malls. Easy access to food stalls. Room a bit old but clean. Toilet flush needs repairing.
