We checked it late night and yet excellent service was provided. Parking was however limited... we have to park under a lamp post on the road side
Rooms was clean and cosy but the fittings were rather old and dated... but still in working condition... like the bulky CRT TV.
View from or rooms was nice ... sea view ...
There' s an execellent hawkers food court wher you would be able to enjoy and sample the usual famous Penang food...

Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying in Naza Talya. The location is very stratergic. It enable you to access along the strech from Goergetown and Batu Feringghi easily.

check in was okay. our room located on higher floors and it was deluxe room with double bed.this was my second time in Naza Talyya, last time was last year at around August. and i was quite dissapointed this time.
the bathroom was dirty.it was not cleaned properly.
the bed was comfortable.
the balcony also dirty. one chair in the balcony, looks so disorganized.
however, i love the view over breakfast area.
food was so-so.not much variety.
anyway, it was a so-so hotel.
i could have stayed at better hotel~~

Good Hotel for the Price

our room was very clean and well kept. very comfy bed. the breakfast is great, too. we had a few questions for the staff, and they were all answered with a smile. upgrading to the ocean view room is definitely worth it -- beautiful views and the waves are a nice soundtrack to fall asleep to.
the pool is nice -- never got too crowded. the beach is really small. when high tide is in, it comes up to the hotel boundary.
there are plenty of buses that go by everyday to take you anywhere you'd like on the island. the nice thing about naza is it's between georgetown and batu ferringhi, so you can bounce back and forth pretty easily.
make sure to go to the market in front of the hotel. the food is so good and so cheap.

this hotel is nice n worker also nice,have a sea view and front have a nice food court ,and near by got tesco and gyrney plaza ,and have a nice breakfast ,and people here are nice peaceful ,no traffic jam,have a beautiful sea wave sound speacial have a nice nice price

We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room sink needed some maintenance because the stopper could not be lifted by its lever. Furnishing was old but otherwise quite clean. Location was excellent, easily accessible to public transportation and hawker foods. Hotel restaurant food was OK but not great.

Mid-way between Georgetown & Batu Ferringi. Reasonable price with Agoda deal which was slightly cheaper than walk in price. Bit shabby - definitely seen better days. Staff varied in the helpfulness - some weren't helpful at all! Good pool & beach access
