everything good but it loks far from main beach, and it is hard to catch taxi, bus everytime we used hotel car with payment lately, we know bus is there and enough cheap only 2RM is enough

the lazy chairs on the beach , very relaxing. and also the beautiful samporna spa will check it out next time.

don't go during holiday period (malaysian holidays)the kids pool is packed with kids.

This hotel is not my kind of place. The room was good the beds and everything was ok but not great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was not so nice and during my vacation in a lot of hotels in malaysia this was the only place i am not going to for another visit. The location of the hotel is not good you cannot swim in the sea because of jellyfish. It is a basic accommodation and when i am again on Penang island i am going to another hotel.

• Shopping Tip : Go to ferrengi beach. the shopping is good and also you can eat cheap and good at the hawker stalls over there. go to keh tok si temple it is very nice.

This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife was sick with the flu virus and Maria the guest relations officer arranged for us to go to the hospital for a check up and even came with us. She and the driver then checked up on my wife daily. Also the dinning room staff went out of their way to get her food and drink that was easy for her to swallow. All in all it was a very good experience at this. Plus there was a local bus outside the door.

You have a great room, friendly staff and they can without problem get what you want.You have bus station just outside the door and can go where you like with good standard, you don"t need cab.You have much to see and do here in Penang. We met people who had been here for twenty years. Its good prices at foodcourt"s. Friendly people to talk with about things to do.

It was a good standard of rooms,breakfast splendid. You just take bus outside and go were you want.

Cleanness and all selling on beach as horseriding,parasailing between us sunbathers.

The dirty beach really tarnishes the image of the hotel, otherwise its really a great place for a relaxing holiday.

It's not a good hotel: very old and the rooms have minimum of comforts.
