Size of room is remarkably large with ample space to fit extra bed.
Nice pool with greenery and not too crowded unlike hrc next door
Lobby lounge was big but empty and the solo singer is not too bad
Car park is ample but uncovered and can be quite dark at night
Not forgetting the bird dropping from the large trees at the carpark area
Pretty nice place and beside the aging rooms , the rest is decent

Lovely hotel with great service
great location, walking distance from everything, night market just outside, staff are friendly, rooms and faciities are well kept and great buffet breakfast.

The staff were friendly and checking in was quick and efficient, bell boy really helpful with valet services, room was well kept clean nice, breakfast had a good selection, swimming pool facilities and beach was great. night market just outside and a massive hawker place with great food. hotel great location. all in all a great stay.

Very comfortable hotel
Large well laid out garden with plenty of shade and good pools for adults and children.

Room was fine and comfortable, bed excellent, and very clean. Tiled entrance hall a little cold on the feet, and integral air-com dripped onto the floor. Wonderful view from sea-view facing room. Breakfast fine but perhaps more staff required during busy times to replenish and clear. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay, even if only for one night.

the hotel is nice, however very neglected. The staff is not trained; the service is very very poor. We will not recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel service & amenities

Room was spacious, well lit, clean with comfy large beds and bunk. Request for extra towels and pillows were attended to promptly. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice for all age groups. The staff were all very polite especially the cafe and pool bar staff and helpful except for the reception counter where they repeatedly forgot to send our daily news paper even after reminding them.
However the scene outside our room was an eyesore (room 426) unfortunately. The serai smell in the hotel corridors was too strong. The gym was out of reach and too 'quiet'.
Shopping Tip:
The night market is just outside the vicinity of the hotel. You can buy a lot of stuff here at very cheap prices even before haggling.

The room standard exceeds my expectation. It's so nice and we really love it. And I think the sand of the beach is extra soft and we really love to hand out at the beach.
