My husband & I cannot speak more highly of this hotel, breakfast is a treat not to be missed, catering for all tastes/nationalities with its abundant choices. There is a variety of water sports on the beach, however if one is not inclined to participate, the lawn area with its sun lounges under umbrellas or just relaxing by the immaculately kept pool is another way to laze & unwind. The dinner buffet with its 40% discount for hotel guests is also another tick for this hotel. Staff were found to be very friendly & accommodating, with all requests attended to in a quick manner. The night market located on the hotel's doorstep also makes this a very conveniently located hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
With the 101 bus stop located outside the hotel, we found this a very easy, cheap & convenient way to travel to most of the attractions. One tip - do not utilise the transfers the hotel provides, we learnt from a very costly mistake, it cost us MYR 185 from the airport to the hotel, compared to the MYR 75 it cost us for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is very beautiful surrounding with alot of beach activities.It is near to one famous island by the name of monkey island.There r activities such as banana boat,jet ski and etc.

Great hotel and friendly staff

Great hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. It has a wonderful swimming pool and the breakfast spread is just fantastic. The room is decent size and can accommodate a family of 3 quite comfortably. There are shops right across the hotel which makes it very convenient if you need to get basic foodstuff or toiletries.

Great landscape gardening but room too old fashion

I had stay in Deluxe Coastal View room, but the room located in the end corner of the hotel and it very hard to view the sea. The room is abit old fashion and suggest the hotel management to renovate. Well, the service of check-in abit disapointed me, as we check-in at 2.30pm but due to the room still not available, then we just taking our welcome drink at the lobby while waiting the key, after 3pm i personally walk to the front desk to request the available, the front desk just notice the room is ready. Is this call 5 stars hotel hospitalities? Beside than this, overall still acceptable.
