Average 5 stars beach resort
Good room size, not too far from Georgetown and near to local eateries.

The check in process was a bit slow but I have been upgraded to so called sea view room with balcony (see the bush and hotel next door in fact). Room is in good size, clean and tidy but nothing fancy about the room. There is no bath tub in the bath room. Balcony is dirty and out of maitanance. The restaurant has good selection and quality of food but the price is at steep side. Pool is clean and adequate in size.

Cool respite from the chaos and humid searing heat
Space and cleanliness . Friendly,efficient and respectful staff. Lovely gardens,pools and beach.

Very impressed with the staff who checked me in, there understanding of confused tourist! The way everyone made you feel at home,like you were part of a family. Gorgeous garden delicious cool pool nice view and easy access to the beach,plenty activities to choose from. I had a great stay, thank you.

Beach hotel and friendly staff
Good spread for breakfast and cool and relaxing view of the sea during breakfast

Secluded part of Penang and yet with easy accessibility to other restaurant, night spots, and night market. The gym could be better furnished with updated equipment. The pool is so so. But the best part of the hotel is during breakfast. Go early and get one of the sea facing al-fresco tables and you will be guaranteed a wonderful start to the day !

Hotel was in a good location for the night market. Service was pleasant and there are taxis directly in front of the hotel. The room was a little outdated compared to some of the places I've stayed in but were clean and comfortable.
