Spacious Bungalow with Studios at the 3rd floor

Penang hills bungalow no.22 is located at Batu Ferringhi but its near distance to Tanjung Bungah (civilization) offer best of both world (charming beach + convenience). All the room in the bungalows is lovely and tastefully decorated. Shamrock beach is a small & clean beach within walking distance where you can enjoy the beach without the crowd of batu ferringhi. To get to the center of attraction, you need travel up toward batu ferringhi which offer a better and more crowded beach with plenty amenties and restaurant.

The home is 3 stories with plenty of room for a large family.it is very nicely furnished as well. It's perfectly located near Georgetown.

Big Townhouse for group

This is very suitable for big groups of travelers, but only max for 9 pax, extra pax have to charge RM50 per night. (We checked in only know about this charges so feel not so comfortable).
The townhouse quite dirty, feel floor like dust, sands? Feel very uncomfortable when step on the floor. We found hairs on the bed, suspect didn't change the sheets, sweep the floor.
Facilities are very complete, many unit of airconds, won't feel hot on the house. The house also nearby the beach. Overall, is good for big group.

The bungalow is located about a 5 minute drive from Batu Ferringhi and roughly a 20 minute drive to Georgetown. The bungalow has 4 bedrooms over 3 storeys. The 3rd floor has a nice water view which looks over shamrock beach. 3 rooms have their own ensuite. It also has parking for one car with plenty of street parking. The bungalow is located in a quiet and new area. Would recommend this bungalow only if you have a car or willing to hire a taxi/driver for your duration of the trip. Didn't seem to see any bus stops near the bungalow.

Three storey house is located up at a hill minutes from a beach which not many people would go. That makes the environment quiet and peaceful. House is clean, spacious, and comfortable although the water pressure is not enough to support their powerful shower kit. TV has many channels to choose from, unfortunately the TV in the master bedroom hasn't been connected yet. The kitchen is fully furnished, that makes cooking very enjoyable if you can have the ingredients with you.

Big Bungalow That Housed All ten of Us Comfortably
The bungalow was big and the kitchen was pretty equipped that allowed to do our breakfasts every morning

though bungalow was big but location wise, it was not ideal, we have spent pretty much on the local transport(taxi-van) as the area was not really accessible with any other form of transport. everywhere we went, we needed to charter even for a short grocery shopping trip which was only about 5-8 min ride.
