very bad experiences
1) have to wait until 4pm the room is ready
2) very very slow and long waiting time for the check out.
3) after 12pm, the key card cannot open the room door. need to come up and down 3 times and finally technician help to open. this cases not just happen to me, but three to four customers also encounter the same problem

There weren't any 'best' things about this hotel.

The main thoughts that stick in my mind about this stay were: (1) lousy parking, (2) mediocre food, (3) overcrowded eating area and beach, and (4) horrible check-out experience. The room itself (club deluxe) was very spacious and comfortable. Aside from the room, there weren't many other bright points for this hotel. The overcrowding was due in part to this being the last weekend of the school holiday. Otherwise, the checkout experience was completely unacceptable (waiting 45 minutes to hand in room keys and receive a receipt is ridiculous). Way to leave a lasting impression. We will almost certainly not return to this hotel.
