Not Value for Money
The staffs are not friendly and hotel are short of staffs as well

Excellent hotel, nice facilities and wonderful location
The alleys behind open out into wonderful food courts and its convenient location make walking out across this area of Georgetown wonderful. Also really good staff who were helpful and the convenient car park as well

Housekeeping
Housekeeping too slow... We go out early in the morning, come back around 5pm, room haven't do housekeeping

Room is clean and equipped . . near to local food stalls. staffs are helpful. housekeeping was done daily .

My room was not cleaned once
I stayed here for 3 days from Friday - Monday morning, my room was not attended by housekeeping at all. On both Saturday and Sunday, I left the room from 8am - 3pm, returning to find it left in the state that it was. I approached the cleaner on the floor and she did offer to tend to my room at 4pm, but I declined as it was rather late. I just requested for a refill of coffee and tea. My dustbin was full upon checking out! Expected better from a 4 star hotel.
