Hotel with good location for street food
Hotel is in good location with street food stalls downstairs with tasty traditional penang food.

the biggest drawcard for this hotel was the location and amongst the street food stalls downstairs. had many tasty meals here - especially the pancakes filled with bananas or coconut. the breakfast menu has a good selection and tasty. the staff are friendly and accomodating. my partner had the flu and they allowed me to take breakfast up to the room for him. also close to a massage place and 7/11. the computer in the business centre is available for use for a fee of rm5 for 1hour use

the hotel was good but we booked through agoda which advertised the free airport transfer and was told by hotel staff that they have never provided airport transfer!
we were instructed in the printout to call the hotel for the airport transfer and we did - long distance call to penang from australia- ended up costing us unnecessary phone bills.
therefore, in summary, the hotel was good but agoda has caused us dissatisfaction!

is an old hotel which can be smell and old staffs like scrath bath tub, however, once you stay longer you will feel confortable and have a good nice rest for whole night.

The location is excellent. Lots of places to eat near the hotel for budget travelers. It is also within walking distance to KOMTAR (Penang central bus station), which makes it incredibly easy to travel around Penang. The room and everything else about this hotel is average, but it lives up to its price. Definitely recommended.

i love the hotel so much ..very pleasant customer service by the front desk.this is my first time there but i never will regret my stay there again..nice breakfast at the club lounge for executive room customer nice view instead.i cannot wait to see the room after renovated it must be good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
i will be staying again next month to celebrate my new year there.
