Good location on the mainland. No other quality hotels in the area.

An excellent hotel. Always a pleasure to stay there. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good food and entertainment. A wide variety of local restaurants. Good shopping and everything is within walking distance. The area is safe both day and night. Whenever I stay on the mainland in Penang I want to stay at this hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Good location for my work. Entertainment on site. Friendly and efficient staff.

None.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is always a pleasure. I have never had a bad experience. My only complaint is that on occasions I have tried to book and it was full. That is not the fault of the hotel, but, a sign that it is well liked. In future I will always try to book earlier.

Restaurant Tip : The Victoria Station Rstaurant across the road is excellent if you are interested in western food.

A good hotel in a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by in Seberang Jaya. Staff are pleasant and willing to please. Internet access was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and filling. Overall good value for money. Always a pleasure to stay here. Will be back again.
