The hotel is close to a shoping mall as well as eating shops near by.Easy to find the location of the hotel. Large area of parking space. warmly welcome by the staff and fast check in arrangement. only two lift to cater for the hotel. room size is reasonale with nice view.

i am strongly recommend this hotel when you travel to south. it is in stragetic area which you can find foods, glocery easily. Sunway carnival mall also the best in butterworth which you can find alot of entertainment in there. I will stay back the same next time i back to butterworth

we are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. room is big, clean and bathroom in a very good condition. the breakfast varieties and taste are very good and very satisfying. much better than i expected..the sunway carnival mall is just behind the hotel which is very convenient, many nasi kandar restaurant around which are very good ones. we recommend this hotel.

The service is good, staff with smile and very cheerful.
Checkout time is quick as no need to queue for too long.
Managed to get the items fast from the friendly staff.
There are some items not in the room at that time.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a col lounge with live band at the Hotel lobby.
Its a cool place to relax if you don't want to leave the hotel.
Drinks prices is reasonable.
