Manager was helpful in sorting out my wrong booking date. Bed was comfortable and internet access was fast. Wide screen LCD tv was a bonus.Breakfast good choice and taste too. Room service sent up a wrong order. Room carpets were dirty and needs a vaccum and shampoo.Wash basin drain plug had to be removed as water was not flowing. The manager was helpful in sorting out my room as I had made a mistake a made the booking for the wrong date.
Room was very comfortable and the bed nice and firm. Wide screen tv was a bonus, but quite disappointed that there was no HBO channel.
I ordered a Chicken Chop through room service but they sent me 2 chicken drumsticks. French fries were limp when my order arrived.
Breakfast spread good and taste was good.
Overall I would definitely return to this hotel using Agoda service due to the best deals found.
Shopping Tip : excellent shopping 2 blocks behind the hotel at sunway carnival.

Convenient & easily accessible to the malls and eating places, also close to the PG bridge for those coming into the mainland or exiting into Penang. A/C was not working well- our room was humid.
The location provides good entry & access points to the nearby shopping malls and eateries. The close proximity to the bridge also makes it easier to get into and out of the mainland.
However, the facilities in the hotel are not up to mark- no swimming pool, a/c was not working well in the room and the concierge service is never in sight!
Travel tip : it's within walking distance to the Sunway Carnival mall

first class staff so helpful, clean, well appointed bedrooms staff in Club lounge not just as charming as the others It was a long journey to this hotel from Melaka but the trip was good and the desination excellent.
Staff at reception so helpful and welcoming. rooms were what you would expect from this level of Hotel. We had stayed in the Sunway in KL and knew the standard was high.
Club facilities were very good, nice canapes and lots of cold beer but gentleman who was serving was not just as friendly as the rest of the Hotel staff who were just fantastic. Hotel is well placed for trip over to Penang or just for a trip accross the famous bridge.
As I was only here for one night I did not have enough time to try all the Hotel facilies but as I live in Malaysia I would return to this Hotel.

The hotel is fine but too far from anywhere. Breakfast is not very exciting, the selection though quite good has no quality. Staff very unattentive to the customers, do not even go around to offer extra coffee. Staff at restaurant is not very friendly and looks rahter unhappy. Given a choice in the same area I would not choose this hotel.

Good location on the mainland.
No other quality hotels in the area. An excellent hotel. Always a pleasure to stay there. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good food and entertainment. A wide variety of local restaurants. Good shopping and everything is within walking distance. The area is safe both day and night. Whenever I stay on the mainland in Penang I want to stay at this hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Good location for my work.
Entertainment on site.
Friendly and efficient staff. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is always a pleasure. I have never had a bad experience. My only complaint is that on occasions I have tried to book and it was full. That is not the fault of the hotel, but, a sign that it is well liked. In future I will always try to book earlier.
Restaurant Tip : The Victoria Station Rstaurant across the road is excellent if you are interested in western food.

A good hotel in a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by in Seberang Jaya. Staff are pleasant and willing to please. Internet access was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and filling. Overall good value for money. Always a pleasure to stay here. Will be back again.

Location to where I am working in Penang.
Friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to stay at the Sunway Hotel at Seberang Jaya. The staff are warm and friendly. Nothing is ever to hard to do. Internet access is always important in my work. The breakfast is always well prepared and convenient.Whenever I come to Seberangf Jaya I recommend to our clients that they stay there as well. Looking forward to my next visit in November.
