Good location

Wonderful seaview room
The Seaside with alot of beautiful sea shells.

Overall the staying was good as i agreed with others comment, the room is a bit old.. plus pls get the hotel to wash the small foyer just outside the window..
Travel tip:
nothing much to share on this but make a trip to the sea side and listen the sound of shell hitting shell when the imcoming waves..is great and relaxing..sit back for 1/2 hour then your whole day will be great and amazed.

Nice hotel, friendly staff...

The hotel was very nice, staff friendly, reception area gave a good impression and the swimming pool was a nice feature. Views from the restaurant were amazing and the food was pretty good too.
The only downside was our room overlooked the main road and was quite noisy.

Very Scenic hotel facing the sea and good food.
Location quite near to Geoegetown and shopping centre.

We had a very nice sea-view hotel room and the hotel staffs are polite and courteous.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From the hotel, most of the attraction places are easily rearched. I found it is very nice hotel to stay with reasonable room rate.

Lousy service & limited breakfast

Checking in took 10-15 mins when I was the only guest doing so because the staff was new. Got the room access card, went upstairs to my room and couldn't open the door so I had to come down to the lobby to get a new card.
I wanted an iron/ironing board and phoned housekeeping and told none available. Phoned the duty manager and he said I can't have as all are taken out & none returned yet. I persevered and he had the audacity to ask me to collect them from the other room myself. I told him this is horrible service and I will write my review on the website & put down the phone. In 5 mins, there was a knock on the door and the iron+ironing board was there. Breakfast was limited and the variety showed little imagination when Penang is known as a food paradise with great hawker food.
The hotel's senior management should take a close look at what's really happening in the hotel!

Good location, good rates but no good room.
Very nice and relaxed view on a great location just away from Georgetown.

Nice location, good sea view with a nice-seated restaurant just by the sea.
Rooms are not up-kept well with old funitures and amenities.
Not very clean and insufficient air-con.
Rooms on the road-side are noisy.
If rooms are maintained better I opt to keep staying here even for a bit higher price.

the hotel is a perfect hotel to stay. the rooms facing the sea are superb. once you wake up in the morning all you can see is the see. the pool is also nice. i rate this a 5/5.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This is 6 Kms away from Batung Ferrengi and 6 kms away from Georgetown. Centrally located and makes a perfect hotel.
