Good welcome gestures. Efficient procedures followed to check in the customers. Payment details were clear. The hotel can improve in attending to other customers needs.
The internet services were too poor. It does not help those who like to also keep in touch with official work.
Taxi services that are simple are not managed well for lack of coordination between the receiption and travel desk etc.
But I enjoyed the say and appreciated the polite nature of the staff. Their breakfast selection was good to suit all ages and tastes.
I will recommend the hotel to other for the same price.
Shopping Tip:
Buses going to bigger shopping malls stop in front of the hotel and hence convenient to do shopping at any time. The hotel also over looks the sea for wonderful view of the beach.

Very Very good this hotel, its really great service and the taste food. Easily to shopping centre. Thanks to agoda also because to get me the best hotel price. I think i already make the true choice..And the sea view also very wondeful and beatiful. Thanks alot.

my family loved this hotel,because good view in the sandy beach.my children liked the pool.in the morning when breakfast in the poolside,feeling very good.
Shopping Tip:
the hotel very near the shopping place"gurney plaza",there got many restaurant in there

Sea-view room
Just beside sea, it is nice to walk along beach.

Even though the hotel is not high, the sea-view room is not bad, sight of sea is good for ease. The water sport facilities provide people fun and relaxation. The location is not convenient for shopping and food, but breakfast is nice...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay here, sea and beach will make you relaxed.

I had stayed for 1 night at Tanjung Bungah Beach Resort. The condition of the hotel is okay. The only problem is as I had booked for 2 rooms, should be the hotel arrange the rooms to next each other. Unfortunately not. It's quite difficult as I travel with my family. Maybe, AGODA should have the option on the system itself during placing the booking. Hope you can look into it.

Awesome!! I would strongly recommend friends and relative to put up at Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel. To our surprised, the beach is just right in front of the hotel. The beach is so clean and beautiful. My children just can't wait to jump into the water. We played beach ball, fishing (caught quite a lot of fish) and had bbq dinner. We will definitely be back again!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get some snacks or titbits, relax by the sea and enjoy the breezing air...

On the beach, nice swimming pool for adults & children, kiddies club, playground, board games, breathtaking lobby & restaurant

suitable for family with young children & those who like to stay in the hotel.. conveniently accessable to the beach & bus stop & got a huge chinese food stalls nearby.. do choose the seaview as the room is bigger & has nice view compared to the hillview / road / bungalows' view - very noisy.. b/fast not so good.. will stay again despite the hard mattress & worn down room as it is very convenient for family with young children..

Transportation by the hotel is limited and sometime transporation was cancelled. No other shops or restaurant nearby. Location of the hotel is near highway. Room is clean, the view from our room is sea view and it looks beautiful.
The children enjoys swimming everyday and playing aroung the kids corner. Staffs are quite helpful.
