Our family of 4 stayed here for our last night in Penang as we had a early departure in the morning. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very large and more than adequate. The furnishings were not exactly new, but the beds were quite comfortable and the suite was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the swimming pool which was large enough to do laps, and there is a also a shallow pool for the kids.
There are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as a 7-11, and there looked to be a spa or two nearby also. The main drawback is that it is very far from Georgetown (RM35 taxi ride each way). There were never any taxis readily available though the hotel was quick to call one for us at anytime.
The hotel seems to have broadband in all the rooms, however, wi-fi would have been nice for blackberry/iphone users.
Overall, this was a good value and worked well for our needs. It was definitely closer to the airport than Batu Ferringhi for our 6am flight, though it maybe doesn't make as much difference if you are already staying in Georgetown.

Nothing much except that i could not get smoking rooms at times.
This is like another home to me. I have stay several times over there. The apartment is so good that i thought i have returned to home. The internet is complimentary and is fast in access. The only disappointment this trip is that i did not get to have a smoking room. So i will have to smoke out the windows while i was in the room. Anyway, this is not going to stop here staying again. Pleasant stay always.

Very close to the airport, tidy and clean place to stay. Hugh rooms
Breakfast promotion not eye catching enough. Not quite sure if there are any other promotion if staying in the hotel.
Under the description, I thought that 5 mins walk to the closest mall, Queensbay Mall is acceptable. However, turn out to be I need to take taxi to get there. If you are planning to call a taxi and go around Penang, it would be expensive to ask the hotel to call taxi for you. They are charging one price, no matter where you go. To Queensbay Mall, it will cost RM19. Afterward I didn't take the hotel taxi to the mall instead I take a taxi on the street which only cost me Rm8. Also, there are no mailing service in the hotel. I would suggest to do so, it will be more convinent for visitor to send post card to international country.
Restaurant Tip : If you are planning to eat late, then would suggest to call pizza. There is Domino Pizza that you could ask for room service.But most of the restaurants are closed at 10pm. Thought that it would be great to go to the pub and drink, but they close at 10pm also.
