overall was quite good, just the tv i guess it is too old. the Jacuzzi was fantastic but the bathtub was bit dirty. it would be better if the price of the room included breakfast.

Taxis ordered at the hotel charged much higher rates than those from the roadside and none would use their meters despite the large signs on the door that said that they would only use them BUT the best thing about this hotel was the staff

A VERY Attractive hotel location. big room and jacuzzi provide at the room.in the morning or night u can see thru the seaview very nicely.Beside. There jia a Big food court with more than 20 stall which u just crossover the road and walk about 3 minutes to reach the food.court,business time until 12.Provide a big double bed which mention that by hotel,but them just combine the two single bed into one double,wish this can get improvement if next time visit.Walk around 15-20min u can reach by the gurney drive food stall,food around ! Siam and thai temple was just 500m for the hotel,we walk thru there maybe just need 20minutes. Will choose again the hotel if visiting Penang again.?Taxi charge u rm12 if u took to gurney drive food stall.Penang road quite far away from this note, u need take taxi to reach Penang road which famous with cendol .
