Enjoyable suite room service with access to lounge

We arrived early and was pleased that the staff allowed us to check-in. We stayed in the suite room that comes with a separate living area. Fruit basket is provided upon arrival. The room is big and spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The wifi speed is great. Amenties is complete. Hotel provides a good spread of breakfast. The access to the club lounge is a great chill out after coming back from the hot weather outside. 1st Avenue shopping centre is just beside the hotel and a few other shopping malls. Free shuttle bus comes every hour but we did not use the service. Overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Shower needs to change. Have no other complaint. The staff are quick in response and friendly. Keep it up! Nice comfortable room. Good spread in breakfast table. Good and hot drink in flask that make you feel welcome and alert during breakfast.

Not a new hotel but very good

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The World Heritage area is just a walk away and you also have various shopping centres nearby. There is a very convenient shuttle service to the sister hotels in Batu Feringhi which also looked very nice, clean and very well maintained.
The Hotel is not new but everything in the common areas; the pool area and the room are spotlessly clean. All features are in good working conditions and there was not even one moment we were thinking of complaining.
O.K we had a room on one of the two Traders Club floors and the room was spacey, the bathroom a little small but again very clean. All kind of amenities was provided in the bathroom and even the writing desk contains tools like ruler, paper clips and more.
The check in was a breathy matter and so was the check out.
The service and politeness and friendliness of the staff are amazing and so were the complimentary drinks and food items in the Traders Club. Even the pool attendant was helpful and very friendly.
The breakfast we took at the ground floor restaurant and variety and choice of food was again excellent. Also the staff and service there again very good. The restaurant manager Mr. Vickay was always attending and asked always whether we were satisfied and we wanted anything else.
A real nice experience in this hotel.
