good location but bad service
clean room, strong water stream, good location
5.3
Very terrible, cause u must pay everything even towel, electric power. Those stuffs are not include in hotel fee. It's better if u choose other hotel, dont believe in low cost

There is a good location but rooms are small.
7.3
There is a great starting place for exploring Penang. It's not far from the bus station and Comta, save for walking even at night. Rooms are small but clean, suitable for those who intend to travel to, but did not stay.

A better tune hotel of its branches
Great great location, nearby Komtar and Gurney Drive
8.3
Had a 1 night stay over there during February 2013
First impression was the outlook of the hotel was quite big compared to other tune hotels meaning you can see it from 200m away
Secondly, lobby receptionist was friendly and he gave us free 24hrs aircond service although I'm pretty sure my promotion does not include it, thumbs up!
Room wise, small. That about sums it up. Other than that, the bed sheet also has some stains which are pinkish in colour. Overall, it was acceptable but please, clean the bed sheets!
Location is just great, check it out on the map, just opposite lorong selamat and nearby gurney drive.
Parking maybe a problem but just opposite, you can park on the roadside for free.
Nightlife Tip:
Just 5 minutes away from the best club in Penang, Mois Club

Affordable hotel in the heart of penang.
Near the city area and you can find lots of local food just around the corner. The room is quite nice but the staff is not helping much.

well, i have to say that, i'm quite disappointed with this hotel. i don't mind staying in a small room hotel, but please...this hotel should give some place to put your things (towels, etc). but, what i disappointed the most is that i don't feel i get what i've paid for. quite expensive for an average hotel like this. if you are travelling in group and booked a travel agent to get you around, this hotel might the one that you need. you don't need to worry about food or else. but if you are backpacker or else, well..better be choose somewhere near georgetown or gurney drive. that is in my opinion.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walk to komtar is about 10 min walk. quite far i guess. even locals said so. but walking is the best way to sightseeing everything around you. travel around georgetown by foot. everybody does to. and, don't hope to see cat (free shuttle bus around georgetown). i've seen one only, when i'm about to go to the airport. don't count on them. it was nice that i've gone there by holiday season. so many travellers too. so, need not to be afraid that you are alone or lost. p.s: try a small canteen in komtar. you must recognize it. that's the only place i know if you want to have breakfast early in the morning while others are still close.
