Up to expectation
The hotel is value for money. The room is big enough for family with young children. We are happy. However, the pantry do not equip with water basin. Imagine that after we make the coffee we need to wash in the toilet. In fact, Vistana will be our first choice for next visit.

Great for short stay in town
Location close to town, renovated, fair price
We needed a short stay near town for a wedding, so it was a convenient place, nicely renovated & enjoyed the pool. Didn't eat at hotel as Penang hawker food is the best!

Used to be good but front office personnel a let down
Have been staying at the hotel apartment for the past 15 years due to its value for money and facility to cook. However the service of the front reception personnel, a lady called Linda has ruined my stay with her unprofessional service.
