Food also lot of choice not like others 2-3 choice only,

Unfortunately the mattress is too uncomfortable, needs to be changed. The spring mattress in room 1309 has worn out and sinks in when you sleep on it. This has resulted uncomfortable posture and sleepless nights.

Vistana is a hotel that surpasses expectations. The rooms are nice and everything works perfectly. The views of the hills from the hotel is also quite nice. Breakfast is Good. I like the location as there are many places to eat nearby and the Bukit Jambul Mall is a 5 min walk away, where stuff are more reasonably priced that the upmarket Queensbay Mall also nearby but transport needed.
Restaurant Tip:
Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar just 200 meter away.. one of the best nasi kandar in Penang, .. but be patient..is always Long Q.

The hotel is located at a very convenient with a lot f shop lots surrounding. The hotel is also very near to Queensbay Mall with less than 7 minutes driving distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful when checking in to the hotel. The deluxe room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the swimming pool is quite deep without any lifeguard on duty.
