Overall my stay was average with hotel rooms being comfortable. Service could be better improved. Hotel is strategically located close to shopping malls and airport is 15minutes away by car.

the location for the hotel is quite near the bukit bendera and 'ji lok si' but is a bit far from George town. driving to the town is about 15 to 20 mins. the hotel is quite near the famous shopping mall 'Queensbay mall'. Overall the hotel is clean,and the bed is very comfort.
Nightlife Tip:
At night we going to the Gurney food court. It is a great place to try all the famous penang food

The hotel provides good services. The breakfast provided was awesome and there are a lot of choices. It's indeed a good place to stay. The hotel provide a safe car park too.

Love the hotel large bed, very comfortable. Can order breakfast inside coffee house which is already included in the buffet. Has a lot of TV channels.

Nearby the hotel, about 5 min walk you could reach a famous nasi kandar and is open 24 hours
