Lovely Hotel with nice warm welcome staff

The hotel located near to a shopping complex, walking distance food stall/restaurant and Penang bridge. The hotels staff is very helpful each time we need helps. There is plenty of car park outside and inside of the hotel. There is also gym for those who like to working out. I would love to recommend the hotel to others. One more thing, they did not charge extra money for my kids (8 yrs, 7 yrs and 3 yrs). Very good indeed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Mamak Restaurant is behind/beside the hotel. Just 5 minutes walking distances.

Clean , value 4 star hotel. Stayed here as cheaper. Not very near to the famours gurney drive area though. But I was on business trip so I guess its okay. There queensbay mall nearby but a cab is advise as not very near to walk. Hotel is clean so is breakfast ok. Will stay here again as nothing negative on the hotel itself.

Outlook of hotel may not be fantastic but once you stepped into the hotel lobby, you will be greet by the friendly staffs.
Hotel room is cleaned and bed is comfortable. The only concern is the breakfast as there is little choices.

Weird humming noise which wrack your sleep

There is some weird low humming sound on the bed area... YES, ONLY at the bed area of my room! I couldn't sleep the whole night and was rolling on the bed for an hour. Finally i decided to call up the manager to get the room changed. It took them half an hour to get back to me on the room change status...
Lucky that the new room doesn't give me that problem again as it's located in the same part of the hotel in a different floor.

the front desk staff, she was very helpful and arrange an early check in for me due to my flight arrive earlier .. bell boy, his really friendly and polite.
Housekeeping wise, they are the worst by providing dirty comforter to me where i had requested them to change it, but they giving me the same comforter yet still claiming they already change it which is not, the stain is still there. 1 of the housekeeper knocked my door, the moment i open the door she been talking on phone, n i have to waited for her by standing at the door for 3 minutes.

This hotel is very centrally located with close proximity to airport and town. The hotel staff are very friendly and assist to all queries promptly.The rooms are very spacious and clean and the bathrooms are clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and fast to assist and check their guests in. The hotel is overall very nice.

i would say it was the best place i have every stayed at. the staff are friendly and treat you like royalty. i have already started planning my next trip. the house keeping are very friendly and do a great job!!! very clean, great views, great place to stay!!!!it was only a few steps away from some great attractions.
